Hey, My aunt visited the Air Tanzania Office in Dubai to change her flight. The staff welcomed her warmly and quickly checked her booking details. They explained the options clearly and guided her through the process without any confusion. The office was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere. She didn’t have to wait long, and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, it was a helpful and pleasant experience for her.
